Perfect for your Valentine!
My Rum Cakes are decadent and very moist! My cakes are prepared in my own kitchen, by me! I love baking, and have been making these Rum Cakes (family recipe) for several years now. I gave them away as gifts to friends and family. Last year, a few of my friends asked me if I would consider baking them an extra for their own Thanksgiving/Christmas dinner. It then occurred to me I could make some cash which would help me pay for a study abroad program that I would like to attend. These cakes make great gifts, for holiday parties, office parties, or for pure self indulgence!
For the romantic Valentine's Day, I make the Rum Cake into the shape of a heart. I have a bunch of OTHER gorgeous bundt pans I can I also create my Rum Cakes in (ie., Cathedral, Fleur De Lis, Heritage). They make an awe inspiring center piece!

Place your orders now, my baking schedule is filling up. It pays to plan ahead! I give a discount for repeat customers--think about an anniversary, a birthday or Easter!
