Caribbean Association Of North Alabama Inc Press Conference On Monday August 26th

The Caribbean Association of North Alabama Inc. (CANA Inc.) will be hosting a Press Conference on Monday August 26th at 1:30 pm at Stoner Field Park, 3715 Bragg Street Huntsville Alabama 35810.

The purpose of this occasion is to promote CANA Inc.’s signature event – The 8th Annual Caribbean Day in the Park scheduled for Sunday September 1, 2013.

Mayor Tommy Battle, represented by Kenneth Anderson (Director of the Office of Multicultural Affairs), Allison Dillon-Jauken (Executive Director of the Arts Council), and Leslie Walker (Sales Manager Huntsville Convention & Visitors Bureau) will provide remarks.

CANA Inc.’s representatives will include Mr. Victor Smith, President and Dr. Berneece Herbert, Public Relations Officer. The remarks will be followed by a brief cultural performance and the event will culminate at 2 pm.

We are inviting representatives from the local press to cover this activity. Food samples from vendors participating in the 8th Annual Caribbean Day in the Park will be available for participants to taste.
