Vendor Application

Vendors may exhibit/sell any food or non-food item(s) in a 10' x 10' tent area. Set-up begins at 7:00a.m. CANA is not responsible for any unattended items.

Assignment of vendor space will be at CANA’s discretion; vendor must exhibit within the space provided.

Vendors are required to supply their own tents, tables, chairs, power cords and generators.

CANA will promote sponsors’ products/services during the course of the event.

Vendors are required to clean up their space after the event.

To enhance promotion of your booth and products/services, you may provide a door prize, where you will be allowed 2 minutes of promotion and to give away your door prize.

Vendors agree to hold blameless Huntsville City, CANA and its members and volunteers and expressly releases Huntsville City and CANA from all liability from loss or damage caused to persons or property for any cause whatsoever.
